From base camp enjoy a day of experiencing the Mountains on foot.  The area offers hikers many different levels of terrain.  From high rugged mountains to more gentle sloping hills and meadows you’ll find a hike just right for your ability.  Make sure to bring a backpack and a canteen if a hike is part of your plans.

From high mountain vistas, to flowers in bloom your pack trip will be filled with sights that are breathtaking.  Our area provides the opportunity to see many different species of wildlife, such as: mule deer, elk, moose, and many others.  A mountain meadow filled with wild flowers is a sight you’ll never forget.  Make sure to bring a camera and plenty of film.
